How can I book a room?
Visit our rooms page and choose your favorite. Then, in the booking tool, enter your desired travel dates and the number of guests – and you’ll immediately see the available offers. Then select the appropriate arrangement and add it to your shopping cart with one click. Under “Checkout” you will receive an overview of your booking. Are inquiries non-binding?
Yes, all inquiries made via our online form, by telephone, or by email are non-binding.

When can I check in/check out?
Your room will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage in our lounge on the first floor. Please note that we accept no liability for this.
Your room is available until 10:30 a.m. on your departure day. If you would like to check out later, please let us know at least one day in advance. A late checkout fee of €50 applies and is only available upon request.
Can I arrive and check in after 9:00 p.m.?
Please contact us in advance. We will provide you with an access code for the main entrance (pedestrian zone) and your room door. The keys will be ready in your room. In this case, we need your details for the registration form beforehand.
What are the travel options?
You can travel by car, train, or plane. A detailed list of the various options with directions can be found here.
Do you offer half-board and vegan options?
We offer half-board, but we do not provide vegan meals. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances in advance, as adjustments on-site may not always be possible.
Can I book half board later at the hotel?
Yes, of course! If you opt for half board during your stay, you can register for dinner the day before, subject to availability. We charge €29 per person.
Drinks are not included. We will be happy to charge your consumption to your room so that you can pay for it all together when you check out.
Please note that the half-board restaurant is closed on two days during the winter season. Breakfast will be served as usual on these days.
Where can I park?
Our in-house parking spaces are located behind the hotel and can be accessed via Anton-Wallner-Straße. Please note that these are only available in limited numbers and cannot be reserved.
For guests who book directly with us, parking spaces are free of charge, subject to availability.
Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the respective parking fees. We charge €15 per day for garage parking spaces.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request and for a fee. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the half-board restaurant during meal times. Dogs must also be kept on a leash throughout the hotel. We ask for your understanding.
At what times are breakfast and dinner served?
We serve our breakfast buffet daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Please note that our half-board restaurant is closed two days a week during the winter season. Breakfast is served as usual on these days.
Is there a wellness area?
If you are looking for relaxation, our sauna area is the perfect place for you! Here you will find a sauna, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin.
Our sauna area is open Sunday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Our wellness area is closed on Saturdays.
How do I obtain the Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card and the Mobility Ticket?

Can I obtain ski passes at the reception desk?
Don’t feel like waiting in long lines at the ticket counters? Want to get straight onto the slopes and start having fun? Then pick up your day ski passes directly from us at reception. We’re happy to help.
Are there discounts on ski rental or bike rental?
Yes! You will receive a 10% discount on ski rentals in winter and bike rentals in summer at our partner Skipro Sport- & Rentalshop. Please show your booking confirmation when renting to receive the discount.
How far away is the nearest ski lift?
The nearest ski lift is the cityXpress, located in Zell am See. This convenient gondola connection to the Schmittenhöhe is only about a 5-minute walk from our doorstep.
You can reach the AreitXpress by bus or car in less than 10 minutes. There is ample parking available here.
Are there any advantages to traveling by public transportation?
Yes, you will receive a 5% discount on your room reservation.
Are there discounts for group travel?
Yes, we are happy to provide customized quotes for groups!
Simply send us an inquiry with your travel dates and group size. We will check availability and put together a suitable offer for you if possible.
Are there electric car charging stations?
Yes, we offer electric car charging stations. Usage is subject to a fee.
Can I charge my e-bike battery in the room?
No, for safety reasons, e-bike batteries may not be charged in the room. Please use the charging points in the garage, as charging in the room poses a fire risk.
What are the reception opening hours?
Our reception is open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas or on the balconies.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay in cash, with Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, or via a prepayment to our bank account.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of 25% of the booking value is requested.

Is the Lebzeltkeller also open in summer?
No, our Lebzeltkeller is only open during the winter season — from Christmas to mid-March.
