Here we show you a variety of ways to travel to one of Salzburg’s most beautiful vacation regions. Whether by car, train, or plane, we’ll help you get there safely. Are you traveling by air? With Brugger’s Taxi, you can get to Zell am See easily and comfortably!
From Italy, it is best to take the highway towards Salzburg and exit at Bischofshofen towards Zell am See/Mittersill. You will need a toll sticker for this arrival and departure route!
From Switzerland, it is best to take the Inntal motorway, exit at Wörgl towards Felbertauern, then take the route Wörgl – Kitzbühel – Mittersill – Zell am See. You will need a toll sticker for this arrival and departure route!
Directions to Hotel Lebzelter:
Once you have reached Zell am See, continue along the main road.
Coming from Saalfelden (Loferer Bundesstraße), turn left between Hotel Glasererhaus and Haitzmann onto Anton-Wallner-Straße. The Hotel Lebzelter car park is on the right-hand side. Please do not enter the tunnel from this direction.
If you are coming from Bischofshofen or Mittersill, drive through the tunnel to the Zentrum exit and continue along Brucker Bundesstraße, passing the tourist office. Turn right between Hotel Glasererhaus and Haitzmann onto Anton-Wallner-Straße, where you will find our car park on the right-hand side after a few meters.
If you are using a navigation device, please enter Anton-Wallner-Straße as your destination.
If you decide to travel by train, we recommend getting off at the “Zell am See” stop. The train station is located right in the town center, only about an 8-minute walk from our hotel.
With the Guest Mobility Ticket, traveling by public transport (bus and train) is a breeze. You will receive your ticket digitally in the app – please complete the pre-check-in process in advance.
If you are traveling from further afield, we recommend W.A. Mozart Airport in Salzburg, approximately 75 kilometers from Zell am See. From there, bus connections (such as regional bus 260) or train connections take you directly to Zell am See.
The team at Brugger’s Taxi will take excellent care of you when it comes to transfers to and from Salzburg or Munich Airport.
